Not 10 out of 10's, but well worth the time and effort. I fund Death on the Cherwell especially interesting as it was written just about the same time as Gaudy Night, making a compare and contrast fun to do. <br /><br />As a big fan of Brat Farrar, I am disappointed that you didn't enjoy it. Not a "who dun it", but an interesting psychological study and thought experiment.<br /><br />I read several of the Mr. and Mrs. North books years ago (as in 30+ years ago) and don't really remember much now. I have been hesitating about giving them another try as I find drunken humor less funny as I age. <br /><br />Jerri<br />P.S.
